This FMP is in development.

A public consultation to seek views on the draft plan will be launched later in 2024. The final FMP will be published before the end of 2024

The queen scallop fisheries management plan (FMP) covers relevant stocks in English waters.

Defra is leading the work on this FMP.

The queen scallop FMP will be prepared and published to meet the requirements set out in the Fisheries Act 2020.
