Details

This grant provides additional funding that publicly funded schools in England use to support disadvantaged pupils.

Schools and local authorities must follow the terms and conditions set out in the pupil premium conditions of grant.

Published allocations

You can use the allocations spreadsheets to see the numbers of pupils eligible for pupil premium funding in the 2019 to 2020 financial year.

Please note the published school level allocations do not include the following eligible pupils:

  • looked after children (LAC), including post-LAC
  • pupils recorded on the alternative provision (AP) census as receiving free school meals
  • service children
  • general hospital school pupils

Schools and local authorities can log in to the Key to Success website to view this data.
