Manylion

The Office of the Public Guardian (OPG) will ask for a deputy’s final report if:

  • a person who lacked capacity and had a deputy dies
  • a deputy dies
  • a person stops acting as a deputy for some other reason

The practice note explains who should give the final report and how they should do it.
