[Withdrawn] Project Proposal Form - Israel

Details

The main global strategic themes of the fund are; democratic values and the rule of law, the rules-based international order and human rights for a stable world.

Proposals will be accepted from civil society, commercial organisations, governments, think tanks and international organisations. Please note that we are looking for small to medium-sized projects. The activity must be carried out by end of March 2020.

We would welcome proposals relating to the Israeli Palestinian conflict and human rights of Palestinians. Priority will be given to the specific issues below:

  1. Gaza: The UK government remains extremely concerned by the situation in Gaza. We would welcome project proposals which aim to improve the socio-economic situation in Gaza, in particular, projects which aim to work with the Israeli authorities to improve movement and access.

  2. Minors in detention: We also continue to have concerns about some aspects of the treatment of Palestinian minors in detention. We would welcome project proposals which aim to work with the Israeli authorities to address these concerns, focused on practical, pragmatic improvements to process and policy.

Please submit proposals in the form attached (above) by 13 May to this email.

Short-listed applicants will be asked to submit a full activity based budget (in Excel). The Embassy will only be able to follow up with short-listed applicants.
