Who must register

Importers, manufacturers, processors, distributors or sellers of either plant protection products (PPPs), adjuvants or PPP ingredients for professional use in Great Britain (England, Scotland or Wales) must register with this form.

Businesses in Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man do not need to register with this form.

The PPPs, PPP ingredients or adjuvants must be manufactured or processed in Great Britain and must be for professional use. This includes toll manufacturers.

Distributors and sellers

You must register if your business makes PPPs, their ingredients or adjuvants available to buy for professional use in Great Britain, either in a shop or over the internet.
