This Procurement Policy Note (PPN) is now out of date.

This document explains the requirement for annual statistical returns on utilities procurement contracts awarded in 2013 and 2014. This exercise is for utility sector entities only and not for public bodies purchasing utility products or services (gas, electricity etc).

Annual statistical returns should be made through the Crown Commercial Service system by 25 September 2015.
