  1. Updates to the Procurement Oversight Guidance to reflect structural changes within organisations. The Guidance is also updated to clarify the statutory boundaries of oversight powers and formal consent requirements for devolved administrations, as well as additional wording changes for consistency.

  2. Updated to reflect machinery of Government changes, in reference to the DRS and GCA.

  3. Updated the guidance: Exclusions Annex 2: National Security Grounds to help explain the decision-making process for national security exclusions/termination cases to reduce legal risk.
