Details

These revised codes provide guidance on the appropriate and proportionate use of POCA and ATSCA powers. The codes above cover:

  • the exercise of powers to search and seize and detain property
  • the operation of investigation powers
  • the exercise of new seizure, detention and forfeiture powers under ATCSA 2001

These codes come into force on 31 January 2018.
