This letter, from Peter Coates, Senior Responsible Officer for the primary care trust (PCT) estate programme updates colleagues on the finalisation of the property transfer scheme schedules. It includes the recipient of PCTs’ interests in the NHS local improvement finance trust (LIFT), the investment delivery vehicle for primary and community estates in England.

It advises that further instructions will be issued directly to those NHS colleagues responsible for the provision of transfer information for the population and drafting of the wider transfer schemes, as soon as possible.
