For this release, an incorrect pre-release access list was used inadvertently. This published list captures post-holders who received access to the documents during the pre-release access period, including some who would not normally be included for this statistic. Procedures are being checked by the Head of Profession team to reduce the risk of this being repeated.
The following post holders are given pre-release access 24 hours prior to release. Staff involved in the production of the document are excluded from pre-release access restrictions.
