Mandatory enhanced surveillance of HCAI (MRSA bacteraemia, MSSA bacteraemia, E. coli bacteraemia, Klebsiella spp bacteraemia, P. aeruginosa bacteraemia and Clostridioides difficile infection) statistical releases to which pre-release access is given.

NHS statistical releases provide:

• monthly data
• quarterly epidemiological commentary
• annual data and epidemiological commentary

Pre-release access is also given to the following independent sector HCAI data (MRSA bacteraemia, MSSA bacteraemia, E. coli bacteraemia, Klebsiella spp bacteraemia, P. aeruginosa bacteraemia and Clostridioides difficile infection) statistical releases.

Independent sector releases provide:

• 6 monthly data
• annual data
