This notice sets out how DESNZ will use your data in relation to the Company’s liquidation and the provision of training and support by DN Colleges to assist Prax Lindsey Oil Refinery (PLOR) employees in finding new employment. It also sets out your rights. It is made under Articles 13 and/or 14 of the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).
