Bespoke Supportive Tenancies Ltd merged with Westmoreland Supported Housing Limited on 1 December 2025. On the same date Bespoke Supportive Tenancies Ltd changed its name to Portus Supported Housing Limited.
An interim regulatory judgement has been issued on 29 April 2026 for Portus Supported Housing Limited.
Regulatory Notices for Westmoreland Supported Housing Limited, dated 12 October 2020 and for Bespoke Supportive Tenancies Ltd, dated 8 May 2019 will remain in place until we have assurance that the issues outlined in those notices have been resolved to an appropriate level.
