This letter outlines the Secretary of State for Transport’s decision to confirm the Thames Byelaws.

The Secretary of State has therefore decided that the byelaws as advertised, subject to the modifications proposed by the applicant and agreed with objectors and other modifications that do not substantially change the byelaws, be confirmed under section 168 of the Port of London Act 1968.
