UK organisations confirming compliance with the PMSC

Under the Ports and Marine Facilities Safety Code (paragraph 1.8) the organisations duty holder is responsible for ensuring compliance with the Code.
The compliance exercise is run on a three yearly basis and provides for the Duty Holder to submit their organisations compliance to the Maritime Coastguard Agency (MCA). Responses declaring full and proportionate compliance with the Code are listed here.
By providing this list, organisations adhering to government and industry recognised practices, contained in the Code, are made public.
