UK port facilities confirming PMSC compliance up to to 31 January 2022

Under the Port Marine Safety Code the port [port facility] duty holder is responsible for ensuring that the organisation complies with the Code.

Part of this is for the duty holder to report compliance with the Code to the Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA) every 3 years (paragraph 1.8 of the Port Marine Safety Code 2016).
