Porcine germinal products: model health certificates
Competent authorities of exporting countries should use the relevant model health certificate as a template to create a version exporters can apply for to export porcine germinal products to Great Britain, the Channel Islands or Isle of Man.

Details
From 1 January 2021, porcine germinal products exported to Great Britain must be accompanied by the relevant health certificate. Exporters should read the guide on how to complete a health certificate.
Certificates GBHC001X, GBHC001E, and GBHC830
Non-EU countries must use certificate GBHC001X from 1 January 2021.
EU countries must use certificate GBHC001E from 1 January 2021.
All countries must use certificate GBHC830 from 30 April 2024.
