This report sets out the PRRB’s analysis of evidence provided by relevant organisations and makes recommendations on the pay of police officers in England and Wales, up to and including the chief superintendent rank. The Government responded to the report that was laid before Parliament in a letter to the Chair of the Home Affairs Select Committee.
