Planning policy for traveller sites

Details

Following revisions to the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF), in response to the National Planning Policy Framework: proposed reforms and other changes to the planning system, planning policy for traveller sites has been replaced by the NPPF.

The new NPPF sets out the government’s planning policies for plan-making and for making decisions on development proposals for traveller sites in England and how these are to be applied. This includes implementation provisions that are set out in Annex A.
