The Environment Agency has received an application to vary an environmental permit under the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 involving substantial change to a permit from Tamar Valley Projects Limited.

Tamar Valley Projects Ltd is intending to re-open the Eales Farm inert waste landfill which is currently in closure. This variation is to vary the existing environmental permit (EPR/FB3403XR) to facilitate inert waste deposition in the void space that remains at the site to complete the land levels indicated in the planning permission.
