Competent authorities in EU and non-EU countries must provide a health certificate to exporters of animals and animal products to Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales), the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.
Competent authorities should use the updates below to make changes to health certificates for exporters to ensure they are in line with the current version of the model health certificates.

Published: October 2022
- This certificate will be accepted until 29 April 2024. This is the last date (inclusive) that this certificate will be accepted, based on the date it was signed, not the date the consignment arrives in Great Britain.

Published September 2022 - accepted until 1 May 2023:
- Part II.1 (Health Attestation): replaced a reference to Annex 2 of Commission Regulation (EU) No 206/2010 with reference to a document relating to ‘fresh meat of ungulates’. Published on GOV.UK, in accordance with Commission Regulation (EU) No 206/2010
