If you comply with the conditions in this regulatory position statement (RPS) you can operate schedule 25B, specified generators with one or more tranche B generators without a permit until 31 August 2019.

  1. Correction: If secondary abatement is required your generator must meet the ELV from 1 January 2019.

  2. Since we published this RPS we've received many complex permit applications that need bespoke determination. This will take us longer than planned so we're extending the date that you need a permit to 31 August 2019.
