Competent authorities of exporting countries should use the relevant model health certificate as a template to create a version exporters can apply for to export other meat to Great Britain, the Channel Islands or Isle of Man.

Other meat exported to Great Britain must be accompanied by the relevant health certificate. Exporters should read the guide on how to complete a health certificate.
Certificates GBHC057X and GBHC382
Non-EU countries must use certificate GBHC057X from 1 January 2021.
Non-EU countries must use certificate GBHC382 from 30 April 2024.
EU countries must use certificate GBHC382 from 31 January 2024.
Model health certificate for the transit and storage of meat of wild leporidae (rabbits and hares), farmed rabbits and wild land mammals other than ungulates (Regulation 119/2009) (WL/RM/WM-T).
Certificate GBHC072
Use this certificate from 1 January 2021.
Model health certificate only for transit through Singapore with unloading, possible storage and reloading of fresh meat originating from New Zealand (Regulation 206/2010).

Non-EU countries must use certificate GBHC084X from 1 January 2021.
Non-EU countries must use certificate GBHC370 from 30 April 2024.

We have replaced all EU certificates ending in E with new certificates that can be used by all countries. EU countries must use the new certificates from 31 October 2023. Non-EU countries can continue using certificates ending in X or start using the new certificates. We will communicate the deadline for switching to the new certificates in due course.
