Other live animals: model health certificates

Competent authorities of exporting countries should use the relevant model health certificate as a template to create a version exporters can apply for to export other live animals to Great Britain, the Channel Islands or Isle of Man.

  3. We have published new streamlined certificates which replace those currently in use: - GBHC710 RUM: Non-domestic ruminants - GBHC711 SUI: Non-domestic pigs - GBHC716 RUM-A: Animals of the species listed in Table 1 to Part 1 of Annex 6 of Regulation 206/2010 - GBHC717 SUI-A: Animals of the species listed in Table 2 to Part 1 of Annex 6 of Regulation 206/2010 - GBHC717 TRE-A: Animals of the species listed in Table 3 to Part 1 of Annex 6 of Regulation 206/2010 - GBHC719 SAL: Salamanders - GBHC721 PRI: Primates - GBHC722 OTH: Other rabies susceptible species

  4. Multiple changes have been made: 1. Amended box 1.2.a in certificates GBHC019E, GBHC020E and GBHC160E. A unique notification number (UNN) needs to be included in this box. 2. Amended the version history notes for certificates GBHC019X, GBHC019E, GBHC020X, GBHC020E, GBHC160X and GBHC160E. The previous version of each certificate will continue to be accepted until 1 April 2023.

  5. Uploaded updated versions of model health certificates: GBHC157X, GBHC157E, GBHC019X, GBHC019E, GBHC020X, GBHC020E, GBHC160X, GBHC160E.

  6. We’ve updated certificates GBHC019X, GBHC020X, GBHC022, GBHC023, GBHC055, GBHC056, GBHC124X, GBHC125X, GBHC126X, GBHC160X, GBHC166, GBHC172, GBHC174X and GBHC175X.

  7. Added a version history of changes to model health certificates.

  8. Updated model health certificates GBHC175E, GBHC019X, GBHC160X and GBHC160E. Added model health certificate GBHC020X and GBHC175X.

  9. Updated bluetongue declaration GBHC172.

  10. Added health certificate for other rabies susceptible species: GBHC175E.

  11. Added model health certificates for primates (simiae and prosimiae).

Must be used from 30 April 2024 by all countries.

Model health certificate for animals of the species listed in Table 3 to Part 1 of Annex 6 of Regulation 206/2010 (Tapiridae, Rhinocerotidae, Elephantidae), that are originating from and intended for an approved body, institute or centre (Regulation 206/2010) (TRE-A).
