Other live animals: model health certificates
Competent authorities of exporting countries should use the relevant model health certificate as a template to create a version exporters can apply for to export other animal by products to Great Britain, the Channel Islands or Isle of Man.

Details
From 1 January 2021, other animal by products exported to Great Britain must be accompanied by the relevant health certificate. Exporters in EU and non-EU countries should read the guide on how to complete a health certificate.
Certificates GBHC019X, GBHC019E, and GBHC710
Non-EU countries must use certificate GBHC019X from 1 January 2021.
EU countries must use certificate GBHC019E from 1 January 2021.
All countries must use certificate GBHC710 from 30 April 2024.
Model health certificate for animals of the order Artiodactyla (excluding bovine animals (including Bubalus and Bison species and their cross-breeds), Ovis aries, Capra hircus, Suidae and Tayassuidae), and of the families Rhinocerotidae and Elephantidae (Regulation 206/2010) (RUM).
Certificates GBHC020X, GBHC020E, and GBHC711
Non-EU countries must use certificate GBHC020X from 1 January 2021.
EU countries must use certificate GBHC020E from 1 January 2021.
All countries must use certificate GBHC711 from 30 April 2024.
Model health certificate for non-domestic Suidae, Tayassuidae and Tapiridae (Regulation 206/2010) (SUI).

Non-EU countries must use certificate GBHC125X from 1 January 2021.

Non-EU countries must use certificate GBHC126X from 1 January 2021.
EU countries must use certificate GBHC126E from 1 January 2021.
All countries must use certificate GBHC718 from 30 April 2024.
