Approval for the Port of London Authority (Orchard Wharf) Compulsory Purchase Order 2012. After considering objections to the order and arguments in the inspector’s report the Secretary of State for Transport has decided to confirm this order to purchase land around Orchard Wharf, London.

This order is made under the Port of London Act 1968.
