Details

After considering objections to the order and the arguments in the inspector’s report the Secretary of State has decided to confirm the order as submitted.

The Port of London Authority originally sought confirmation from the minister to make a compulsory purchase order for Orchard Wharf.

A local public inquiry was held last year to hear objections and representations about the order.
