If you are opening a UTC, you must fill in the 2 forms on this page.

The general application form asks for details on:

  • education vision
  • education plan
  • evidence of need
  • capacity and capability
  • budget planning and affordability

The application form for sections A, B and H asks for:

  • applicant details
  • an outline of the school
  • details on the location of schools

You must also complete the UTC financial template.
