If you are opening a UTC, you must fill in the 2 forms on this page.
The general application form asks for details on:
- education vision
- education plan
- evidence of need
- capacity and capability
- budget planning and affordability
The application form for sections A, B and H asks for:
- applicant details
- an outline of the school
- details on the location of schools
You must also complete the UTC financial template.
