Following the recent incursion by the Turkish military in north-east Syria, we have reviewed open general export licences where Turkey was a permitted destination. Consequently, this licence has been revoked.

OGEL updated to reflect amendments to the EU dual-use export control list in Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 428/2009 which came into force on 15 December 2018.

Licence updated and republished to reflect amendments to the EU dual-use export control list in Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 428/2009.
