Number of non-EEA partner applications on hold pending outcome of judicial review

Number of applications on hold because they could be refused solely on income threshold grounds.



Family Immigration Rules state that a minimum income of £18,600 should be met by a non-EEA partner who is applying to settle in the UK with their British or settled partner. Until a legal challenge to this requirement is determined, we have put on hold applications that could be refused solely on income threshold grounds.
