Details

Four of our 47 strategic outcomes have been permanently completed after reprocessing ended at Sellafield. Meanwhile, Magnox has placed its first concrete box of intermediate level waste in interim storage at its Berkeley site in Gloucestershire and Dounreay has worked with partners to develop a robot that can access areas once thought impossible and it’s been recognised by Time magazine as one of its top 200 innovations of 2022.

Our specialist waste business Nuclear Waste Services published its first strategy this year and Nuclear Transport Solutions continued to deliver for customers while lifting a top diversity trophy.

We’ve also continued our focus on safety, security and the environment as well as increased efforts in the areas of sustainability and diversity and inclusion strategies, as we focus not just on what we deliver, but how we deliver it.
