This report sets out the findings of the commissioner’s review and makes recommendations for the improvement of children’s social care services in North East Lincolnshire.
It follows a report by Ofsted that judged the overall effectiveness of the Council’s children’s services to be inadequate.
The Department for Education issued a revised statutory direction to North East Lincolnshire on 1 June 2022.
