In the interests of transparency, the government committed to publishing documents from the Department of Health and Social Security relevant to the Stoke Mandeville investigation.

This information includes all of the documentation held by the Department of Health that was considered relevant by the Stoke Mandeville Investigation into the Association of Jimmy Savile with the Stoke Mandeville Hospital.

The index lists the footnotes in the investigation report that refer to these documents.

The only redactions made to the documents are under s.40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act, which protects personal information.
