Details

*Updated 21 November 2012

This requires an exchange of operational estates information between primary care trust (PCT) and strategic health authority (SHA) finance teams and  NHS PS.

The first key step is identification of a named contact (an information exchange coordinator) in each PCT and SHA finance department by 8 November who will collate and upload the information to our secure Citrix ‘ShareFile’ server.

NHS PS is likely to need to maintain a dialogue with the information exchange coordinators (IEC) post submission, by 30 November, in case there are any further queries or help provide a conduit for knowledge exchange in the run up to 1 April 2013. It would be helpful if the IEC is someone from finance who is likely to transfer across to NHS PS, although it is appreciated that this will not be the case for all PCTs and SHAs.

Read letter providing further information for finance teams within PCTs and SHAs.

*This data collection has now been approved by the Review of Central Returns Steering Committee (ROCR).

The ROCR reference number is: ROCR/12/2180/MAND
This is for a one off mandatory collection from all PCTs.
The licence expiry date for this collection is 19 November 2013.
For further information please contact rocr@ic.nhs.uk.

The ROCR team are keen to receive feedback on central data collections from the colleagues who complete/submit returns.  In particular, around the length of time data collections take to complete and any issues, suggested improvements or duplication of data collections.

Please submit feedback to ROCR using this online form.
