A report exploring the outcomes of people initially accommodated through the ‘Everyone In’ initiative, a response to the COVID-19 pandemic, and subsequently supported through the ‘Next Steps Accommodation Programme’ which provided funding for local councils to help people who had been sleeping rough to stay in longer-term accommodation.
