This funding is intended to support applicants in generating proposals for new business-backed development corporations and other innovative delivery vehicles.

We are interested in speaking to areas that have bold, ambitious and innovative proposals for delivering transformational housing and regeneration projects.

The competition is now open for applications and will provide up to £10 million over 3 years beginning in 2019 to 2020.​
