Details of the application
The Environment Agency has received a new bespoke application for an environmental permit under the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 from Phoenix Decom Ltd.
This is to authorise the receipt and dismantling of offshore oil and gas platforms. Recycling of the metal arising and the disposal of any NORM waste by transfer to their permitted facility in Scotland.
