Research study, commissioned by NCTL, to analyse 2 sets of data collected by NCTL on the national leaders of governance (NLG) initiative.

The analysis of the 2 sets of data was undertaken by BMG research.
One dataset comprised feedback from NLGs via online evaluations; the other comprised online or paper returns from supported schools.
NLGs testify to the impact of their placements on the leadership and management of the schools that they were working in.
Users of NLG support appear happy with the support they received. A significant majority described their needs as being met, described themselves as satisfied or very satisfied and were willing to recommend the NLG (more than 9 in 10 of valid respondents in each case).
