This document is produced by the Panel of Technical Experts to provide independent scrutiny of the analysis in National Grid ESO’s annual Electricity Capacity Report, and assist the BEIS Secretary of State to set the parameters for the Capacity Market auctions for delivery years 2023 to 2024 and 2026 to 2027.
The National Grid Electricity System Operator is due to publish their Electricity Capacity Report 2022 shortly.
