This document is produced by the Panel of Technical Experts to provide independent scrutiny of the analysis in National Grid ESO’s annual Electricity Capacity Report, and assist the BEIS Secretary of State to set the parameters for the Capacity Market auctions for delivery years 2022 to 2023 and 2025 to 2026.
