This memorandum of understanding and model agreement set out a new framework for improving cooperation on competition investigations between the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA), the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC), the Competition Bureau of Canada (CBC), the New Zealand Commerce Commission (NZCC) and the Department of Justice (USDOJ) and Federal Trade Commission of the United States of America (USFTC).
