This notice should be read with the Merchant Shipping (Work in Fishing Convention) (Survey and Certification) Regulations 2018 and the ILO guidelines for flag State and port State inspections for the work in fishing convention and replaces MSN 1885 (F) ILO work in fishing convention survey and inspection.

Amendment 1 updates reference information only.
