Notice to all shipowners, ship operators and ship managers; employers of seafarers; masters, officers and seafarers on sea-going ships ordinarily engaged in commercial activities.
This notice should be read with the Merchant Shipping (Maritime Labour Convention) (Health and Safety) (Amendment) Regulations 2014 and replaces MSN 1850 and MIN 618.
