Notice to all designers, builders, owners, operators, shipowners, masters, charterers, employers, crew, surveyors and Certifying Authorities.
This notice should be read with The Code of Practice for Small Vessels in Commercial use for Sport or Pleasure (“The Sport or Pleasure Vessel Code”).
This MIN expires 12 December 2026.
