About the mental health and wellbeing joint needs strategic assessment (JSNA) profile

The Mental health and wellbeing JSNA profile is part of the Mental Health and Wellbeing JSNA toolkit which includes a set of knowledge guides offering expert advice and links to policy, evidence and additional data sources.

The profile’s (and toolkit’s) purpose is to support those producing local mental health and wellbeing needs assessments by providing access to metrics on prevalence, risk and protective factors, wellbeing and care provision.
