This correspondence has been replaced by a letter to suppliers giving an update on ensuring a continued supply of medicines and medical products if there is a no-deal Brexit.

Details

The Secretary of State for Health and Social Care has written to all suppliers to update them on the department’s contingency measures. This includes increasing stock levels at a national level.

The letter advises that the NHS Supply Chain has begun contacting suppliers who import products from other EU countries to establish what they are doing to make sure they can continue providing products in a no-deal scenario.
