LEJ properties Ltd have applied for a deposit for recovery bespoke permit to redevelop the Nuralite Industrial Centre. Remediation of the site will be undertaken with both site won material, i,e non-hazardous waste material from the demolition of structures on site, and waste material accepted from local sources.
