Keep materials facility records

  • the total weight in tonnes of waste material received by the materials facility from each supplier and the name and address of that supplier
  • the weight and composition of each sample of waste material taken at the facility from each named supplier and the dates samples were taken
  • the weight in tonnes of waste that does not qualify as materials facility waste material which leaves the facility and where it is sent and the dates it leaves your facility
  • the weight in tonnes of waste material that has not been sorted at your facility or mixed with waste material from another supplier which leaves your facility for another materials facility, where it is sent and the dates it left your facility
  • the total weight in tonnes of specified output material that leaves the materials facility, where it is sent and the dates it left your facility
  • the weight and composition of each sample of specified output material produced at the materials facility during the reporting period
  • details of the total amount in tonnes of specified output material produced by the materials facility, identified by the grade of glass, aluminium, steel, paper, plastic and fibre-based composite material
