This inshore Marine Conservation Zone (MCZ) was announced on 31 May 2019.

The North West of Lundy MCZ is an inshore site that covers an area of 173 km², extending in an arc between the 6 nautical mile (nm) and 12 nm limits, 15 km northwest of Lundy.
