This advice is draft. Once this advice is published as final advice it becomes Natural England’s statutory advice and replaces the previous Regulation 33 / 35 packages. In the interim, the draft advice should be used as a basis for informing management and case work as it reflects the most up-to-date evidence held by Natural England.
