Details
Major Road Network and Large Local Majors (MRN/LLM) programme funds large local highway authority transport schemes that could not be funded through the normal routes, such as the Local Transport Fund or other devolved allocations.
The MRN is the middle tier of England’s busiest and most economically important local authority ‘A’ roads, sitting between the national Strategic Road Network (SRN) and the rest of the local road network.
