Details of the application
The Environment Agency has received an application to vary an environmental permit under the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 involving substantial change to a permit from Veolia ES (UK) Limited.

Regulated facility type
This application is to vary a standard rules permit to a bespoke waste permit. Glass and wood wastes currently stored under exemptions will be included on the permit. Additional EWC codes 02 02 03 and 02 03 04 food waste will also be accepted at the site. There are no changes to the activities or total annual tonnage.
