Decision of the Charity Commission published on 11 November 2011.

The trustees proposed merging one of their schools with another school run by a different charity. The commission drafted a scheme to help with these changes.

On considering representations about the scheme, most of which opposed it, the commission concluded that the scheme should be made with some modifications.
